Balthazar's mother and Sienna arrived in Italy on Friday, June 19, while the "Brothers & Sisters" hunk was just seen on the next day. Joining a group of family and friends, Sienna and Balthazar rode a speed boat to Nerano to have lunch at Lo Scoglio restaurant where they shared romantic kisses.
Sienna Miller and Balthazar Getty were snapped together for the first time when they had a boat trip in Italy's Amalfi coast in July last year. The two were seen topless while they were cuddling and kissing on the private boat. Previously, the actor who was still a married man at that time denied rumors that he had an affair with the "
