Original "Charlie's Angels" star will be laid to rest on Tuesday, June 30 at 4 P.M. The Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles confirms that the funeral will be held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels' downtown landmark. The service will be closed to public and media.

Farrah Fawcett passed away at St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, California on Thursday, June 25 at 9:28 A.M., just hours before King of Pop was pronounced dead. She left her family and friends at the age of 62 after a long battle with anal cancer.

Fawcett's longtime companion Ryan O'Neal has offered his condolence, saying "She's gone. She now belongs to the ages." Then, he continued, "She was with her team when she passed ... Her eyes were open, but she didn't say anything. But you could see in her eyes that she recognized us."

"She's now with her mother and sister and her God. I loved her with all my heart. I will miss her so very, very much," O'Neal testified. "She was in and out of consciousness. I talked to her all through the night. I told her how very much I loved her. She's in a better place now."
