The details of Michael Jackson's autopsy are leaked to The Sun. The 50-year-old singer reportedly was "bald, barely eating, and his stomach contained only partially-dissolved pills" when he passed away. The King of Pop was said dropping to a "severely emaciated" 8st 1oz.
Additionally, Daily Mail reported that his hips, thighs, and shoulders were pock-marked with needle wounds which were believed to be the legacy of narcotic painkillers. Then, pathologists said that Jackson had "peach fuzz" covering his scalp and wore a wig when he died. He also had bruising on his knees and front shins, cuts to his back (possibly from a recent fall), and a disfigured face from years of plastic surgery.
Sources close to Jackson claimed his fans will be shocked when knowing the results of the autopsy. "He was skin and bone, his hair had fallen out and had been eating nothing but pills when he died Injection marks all over his body and the disfigurement caused by years of plastic surgery show he'd been in terminal decline for years," a source said. "His doctors and the hangers-on stood by as he self-destructed. Somebody is going to have to pay."
Michael Jackson was pronounced dead on Thursday afternoon, June 25 after suffering cardiac arrest. The result of his earlier autopsy on Friday, June 26 showed his body suffered no external trauma and there was "no indication of foul play" on his death.
