Rupert Grint has been diagnosed with swine flu which made him absent from the shooting of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows' in London.
Rupert Grint was recently diagnosed with swine flu which forced him to take few days break from filming "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" in London for recovery. His publicist announced in a statement on Saturday, July 4, "It has just been confirmed that Rupert Grint has taken a few days out of filming due to a mild bout of swine flu."
However, it was reported that Rupert has received treatment and is getting well. "He has now recovered and is looking forward to joining his fellow cast members at the junket and premieres this week and will then return to filming directly afterwards," the publicist further added. It was also claimed that the shooting of "Harry Potter" was able to continue as scheduled despite the absence of the Ron Weasley depicter.
In the meantime, shooting for the latest installment of "Harry Potter" film is undergoing in London. The movie is divided into two parts, "
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" which is scheduled to be released on November 19, 2010, and "
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" which is slated for release on July 15, 2011. Meanwhile, the sixth series of the wizard movie "
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" is set to hit U.S. theaters on July 15.
