Michael Jackson's memorial service has been held successfully, but the family still has unfinished problem as they haven't decided yet the burial place for the late superstar. Moreover, it was reported that the family is now fighting over Michael's final resting place.
Jermaine Jackson has uttered an idea to bury his late brother at his luxurious Neverland ranch. However, local laws do not allow such private property to be used as final resting place. If the late King of Pop cannot be buried at Neverland, then it is possible that his body will be cremated and his ashes are spread over the ranch.
Contrary to Jermaine's opinion, his mother Katherine Jackson does not want Michael's ashes or body to be anywhere near Neverland. According to a source, she defends her son who was disappointed by local law enforcement after his molestation trial, although he was decided not guilty.
"Michael left Neverland for good, never to return. He felt violated by law enforcement after his molestation trial. He felt this place he had built had been tainted," the source told , before adding "Katherine continues to be her son's protector even after his death."
