Orlando Bloom has returned to his house in the Hollywood Hills which was broken by thieves who stole his jewels and cash. Coming to the house by a chauffeured car, the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star made a statement before entering the gate. "When you think about the fact that the economy is the way it is, people have lost their homes, their livelihoods, this really isn't a story," He told .
On Wednesday evening, July 15, police were called to Orlando's house after thieves broke into the building through a window and made off with approximately $500,000 worth of jewelry. "Yesterday around 5:50 P.M., patrol officers responded to his residence...in the Hollywood Hills, where a relative informed police that his house had been burglarized," officer Tenesha Dobine confirmed to Us magazine.
Tenesha continued informing, "[Orlando] was not at home at the time and [the suspects] had taken an undisclosed amount of cash and jewelry." So far, there has been no suspect on the case and the officer claimed that investigation is still ongoing.
