Michael Jackson's autopsy is delayed. Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter from the Los Angeles County coroner's office confirmed on Thursday, July 16 that the reports won't be available until the next two weeks. Unfortunately, he refused to explain further about the reason for the delay.
The autopsy reports, according to Associated Press, will include toxicology information that can determine what drugs were in the body of the King of Pop when he passed away on June 25. The complete list of the results will also explain whether the medicine became the cause of his death.
Previously, Ed Winter confirmed that his office would release the complete test results of Michael Jackson's autopsy by Friday, July 17 or earlier next week. "We are going to try and give the media one day notice about the announcement. I can't comment on if the brain of Michael Jackson has been returned to the family, nor any other elements of the investigation," he told Radar Online.
