Gerard Butler Dishes on His Steamy Sex Scenes on 'The Ugly Truth'

Gerard Butler was obliged to do some steamy sex scenes with Katherine Heigl, his "The Ugly Truth" co-star. The Scottish heartthrob reveals that he actually felt very nervous when filming the making-love scenes, so he often forgot his lines.

"I was so nervous. I kept forgetting my lines," Butler recalls his shooting time with Heigl. "Once, in the middle of a take, I said to Katie, 'Did I touch your breast?' It was an accidental brush but I was pretty nervous about it."

On "The Ugly Truth", Gerard Butler stars as Mike Chadway, a hardcore TV personality who is asked to work together with Katherine Heigl's Abby Richter, a morning show producer whose search for Mr. Perfect has left her hopelessly single. Chadway promises to spill the ugly truth on what makes men and women tick as Ritcher realizes that she is in for a rude awakening when teaming up with him.

The twosome premiered the romance-comedy film at Pacific's Cinerama Dome in Hollywood on July 16. At that time, Butler was snapped licking Heigl's cheek at the red carpet of the event.
