has planned a return to "The Beautiful Life: TBL", her rep Craig Schneider stated on Tuesday, July 21. After being escorted by Los Angeles police on Wednesday, July 15 to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for an undisclosed medical problem, her spokesperson claimed the actress is "improving" and ready to resume the production of the CW series.

Craig described Mischa's condition as "still seeking treatment but making improvements." Referring to her current health improvement, Craig hoped she will be "able to resume production on 'The Beautiful Life' next week."

"The Beautiful Life: TBL" was initially scheduled to begin its shooting on July 21. Following reports of Mischa's health condition, the start of production was pushed back to July 31 but the television network, through its rep, insisted it was not because of the star and that sets are still being built.

On Wednesday afternoon, July 15, Mischa Barton was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold by the Los Angeles Police Department and transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Although her spokesperson Craig Schneider denied to explain the root of the problem, a source, who spoke to the former "The O.C." star just hours before she was hospitalized, claimed she was acting increasingly erratic.
