Selena Gomez turned 17 years old on Wednesday, July 22 and got lots of birthday gifts from her fans. In a short video, which was shot inside her house, the young actress shows off all the presents she has received.
Saying her thankfulness to the fans, the Disney star states, "I'm crying because I just finished my show and all my fans bought me so many gifts. It just made me realize how blessed I am." A moment after that she adds, "My favorite [gift], because everybody knows that I miss home, is an 'I Love Texas' apron. Because I love to cook!"
On Tuesday, July 21, Selena Gomez got a bouquet of yellow roses in her dressing room on the "Wizards of Waverly Place" set in Los Angeles. Expressing her happiness after receiving the flowers, she tweeted, "Chillin on Waverly place for the day. I want yellow roses. After A LOT of rehearsing, I came back into my room to find these ... Thank you!"
Earlier last month, Selena dished on how she wanted to celebrate her 17th birthday, saying "I just want my family to come out. I had a sweet 16 and had the big blowout." Then, she continued, "Now I just want to be with my family. I really hope Demi [Lovato] and Taylor [Swift] are in town, because they're both on tour right now."
