'Boys are so much less mature than girls as it is,' says Taylor Momsen, who portrays Jenny Humphrey on 'Gossip Girl', when talking about boys at her age.

Taylor Momsen when dishing on boys at her age. "I've had lots of relationships. Boys are so much less mature than girls as it is. There's just no way," the depicter of Jenny Humphrey on TV series "Gossip Girl" tells the September issue of , which will be on newsstands August 4.
Taylor, who has just turned 16-year-old on Sunday, July 26, reveals that she used to have long hair. As she feels uncomfortable with the hairstyle, she finally decided to cut her locks. "I had long, pretty hair, and it didn't fit me. I'm pretty, but I'm not, like, a 'pretty girl,'" she recalls.
"So I pulled up a bunch of photos of Joan Jett and said, 'Do that to my hair,'" Taylor continues. "I decided to start being myself. Now I do my own makeup, my own hair, and dress myself, and it feels better."
