Roger Federer Debuts Newborn Twin Babies in Picture
has posted the first picture of his newborn babies on his Facebook on Friday morning, July 7. In the photo, which was said taken by his father, the tennis player and his wife Miroslava Vavrinec were each holding one of the twin girls, Myla Rose and Charlene Riva.

Along with the photo, which shows the new members of his family, Roger informed the shoot was "very funny as both girls had the hiccups while we were trying to take a decent picture." He also wrote that "the girls and mom are doing great" and thanked friends and fans for their "warm wishes."

The three-weeks-old girls, who were born on July 23, are the first children for Roger Federer and former tennis player Miroslava Vavrinec a.k.a Mirka. The couple met in 2000 when they were competing for Switzerland in the Sydney Olympics. They got married in April 2009 after Roger announced on March 12 that Mirka was pregnant.
