"Friends" fans may be able to see stars of the hit NBC series reunite again in Courteney Cox's new TV project. During TCA press conference in Pasadena to promote "Cougar Town", Courteney has claimed that her former co-star Jennifer Aniston would love to join her in the upcoming ABC's drama comedy if there is a role for the Brad Pitt's ex-wife.
"You know, she's a good friend and I know she loves the show," Courteney said when she was asked whether Jennifer will guest star in "Cougar Town". She then added, "I'm not going to say she is [going to do it] because I don't know. [But if Bill Lawrence] writes her a character, I'm sure she'll be glad to do it."
"Cougar Town" centers on Courteney Cox's Jules Cobb, a Florida woman who recently had a divorce and now, with a 17-year-old son, decides to find some excitement in her dating life. The TV series is going to be aired on ABC Wednesday, September 23 at 9:30 P.M.
As for Jennifer Aniston, she is currently busy filming "Bounty Hunter", in which she stars opposite Gerard Butler. The actress is also set to star in romantic comedy "Pumas". Meanwhile, her acting skills can next be seen in "Love Happens" which will hit U.S. theaters in September 18.
