Rumor has it, Britney Spears has split from Jason Trawick. According to National Enquirer magazine, the "If U Seek Amy" songstress was dumped by Jason because he felt their relationship was moving too fast after she wanted to live together with him.

"It was just too fast, too soon for Jason. He told Britney repeatedly that he would never marry, but she refused to believe him," a source informed. The source additionally told National Enquirer, "She thought she could change his mind by having a baby with him."

Britney Spears and her longtime talent agent Jason Trawick were first reported dating in March 2009. Though the two never admitted they had special relationship, in June the pair was seen hanging out together in Los Angeles, where she was snapped holding into Jason's arm.

Contrary to the split rumor, there is speculation that Britney has been engaged although it wasn't mentioned who proposed to her. News of the singer's engagement emerged after she was spotted wearing a ring on her engagement finger while she was shopping in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, August 11.
