Jordin Sparks will join Britney Spears on her "Circus" tour. Britney's official website and blog has announced on Friday, August 14 that the winner of "American Idol" sixth season has been added as an opening act for leg two of "Hit North American Tour".
"Platinum-selling 19 Recordings/Jive Records artist Jordin Sparks will join 'The Circus Starring Britney Spears' as special guest on the second North American leg of the tour," read the post on Britney's official blog. It was additionally mentioned that Jordin will perform at all of the U.S. hot spots including the ones in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Las Vegas, NV.
Regarding her involvement in Britney Spears' tour, Jordin Sparks has stated that she couldn't be more thrilled. "Britney's show is incredible and for me to be a part of it is a great opportunity," she claimed. The "Battlefield" singer herself has just wrapped up the North American leg of Jonas Brothers' world tour, during which she performed as a special guest.
