'Grey's Anatomy' Star Eric Dane and Wife Featured in Threesome Sex Tape

Eric Dane along with his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen U.S.A. Kari Ann Peniche are videotaped getting naked in a bedroom and a bathroom.

Eric Dane, who is known for his starring role as Dr. Mark Sloan on TV series "Grey's Anatomy", and his wife Rebecca Gayheart are featured in a sex tape, which was leaked on Monday, August 17. Also joining the couple to appear in the video is former Miss Teen U.S.A. Kari Ann Peniche.

In the clip, which is believed to be taken in Peniche's Studio City apartment, the threesome appears intoxicated when they lay around naked in bed while discussing their porn names. "My alter-ego name is Peter. My dog growing up was called Cocaine, and I lived on Manor Drive, so I'm Cocaine Manor," Dane says. At one point, Gayheart states, "I need to lay down too. I'm very high." Soon after that, they are seen moving to the bathroom, where the two ladies take a bath in a jacuzzi tub and Dane brings the camera.

About the publication of the sex tape, which edited-version was first released by Gawker, Dane's representative, Marty Singer, tells TMZ that the 36-year-old actor plans to sue anyone who has leaked the "private, confidential tape." Additionally, Singer confirms, "From what I've seen it's a naked tape, not a sex tape. At most it's 3 people maybe wanting to have sex." The uncensored version of the 12-minute sex tape is scheduled to be released by Fleshbot.com on Tuesday, August 18.
