Former Miss Teen U.S.A. Kari Ann Peniche claims there has been 'absolutely no sex involved' in her threesome sex tape with Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart.

Some new facts about Eric Dane's threesome sex tape with his wife Rebecca Gayheart and Kari Ann Peniche are unveiled. The former Miss Teen U.S.A. tells TMZ that there was "absolutely no sex involved" in the video, which was shot more than two years ago in her apartment.

Additionally, the 25-year-old model claims the clip was actually stored on the hard drive of her computer, but it was then stolen by her roommate Mindy McCready, who starred together with her on TV show "Celebrity Rehab". At that time, both of them engaged in an argument over money, so Peniche believed that McCready took her hard drive before moving out from the room they shared. Afraid that the country music singer will release any private information from her computer, Peniche filed a stolen property report with the LAPD.

Last month, Dane, Gayheart, Peniche, and McCready met to discuss "who got what on the hard drive". The "Grey's Anatomy" actor finally got full rights to the video, TMZ claims.

On Monday, August 17, a clip which exposes Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart, and Kari Ann Peniche getting naked hit the Internet. In the video, which was first released by Gawker.com, the threesome is filmed appearing intoxicated when they lay around naked in bed. A moment after that, they are seen moving to the bathroom, where the two ladies take a bath in a jacuzzi tub and Dane brings the camera.
