Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and other cast of 'The Twilight Saga's Eclipse' are currently getting involved in the film's production in Vancouver, Canada.
Summit Entertainment has announced that the filming of "
The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" was begun on Tuesday, August 18.
Kristen Stewart reunites with
Robert Pattinson,
Taylor Lautner, and the other cast members of the film to get involved in the production of the third "
Twilight" movie in Vancouver, Canada.
Also joining the film's leading actors to reprise their characters on the upcoming movie are the members of The Cullens, including
Ashley Greene's Alice,
Peter Facinelli's Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser's Esme,
Kellan Lutz's Emmett,
Nikki Reed's Rosalie, and
Jackson Rathbone's Jasper. Additionally, the depicter of Charlie Swan, Billy Burke, also returns to the movie.
Beside those stars, there will be some new faces on "Eclipse".
Bryce Dallas Howard, Xavier Samuel, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Jack Huston, Julia Jones, BooBoo Stewart, and Jodelle Ferland have signed in to star on the film, which will be released in U.S. theaters on June 30, 2010.
Set to be directed by David Slade, "Eclipse" will center on Kristen Stewart's Bella Swan, who is forced to choose between her passionate love for vampire Robert Pattinson's Edward Cullen and her deep friendship with werewolf Taylor Lautner's Jacob Black. As her high school graduation approaches, Bella's hometown in Forks is threatened by a series of killings in nearby Seattle. Evil vamp Bryce Dallas Howard's Victoria, in the meantime, continues her vendetta against Bella, leading to a deadly showdown.
