An insider says Megan Fox will host the season premiere of 'Saturday Night Live', which will be aired live from NBC on September 26.

Megan Fox gets a hosting job on "Saturday Night Live". An insider close to the movie star claims the 23-year-old beauty will host the premiere episode of the show's 35th season, which will be broadcast live from NBC on September 26. "Megan is psyched to have gotten this opportunity," the insider tells Life and Style.
"She has a lot of surprises in store for the audience. This is the perfect opportunity for her to show off her comedic skills, as she's launching her new movie '
Jennifer's Body' [on Sept. 18]," the insider continues. Additionally, the insider says Fox is currently "brushing up on her comedy by doing a digital short" with
Andy Samberg, who first joined the weekly late-night 90-minute American sketch comedy/variety show in September 2005.
"Saturday Night Live" was debuted on October 11, 1975. It features a regular cast of typically up-and-coming comic actors and is joined by a guest host and musical act. The show is aired (or on tape delay to the Mountain and Pacific Time Zones) from Studio 8H at the GE Building in New York's Rockefeller Center.
