Jenna Dewan Thinks Channing Tatum Should Have a Role in 'Eclipse'

Agreeing an opinion from 'Twilight' scriptwriter, Jenna Dewan has stated that she thinks her husband Channing Tatum should have portrayed vampire Riley in 'The Twilight Saga's Eclipse'.

Jenna Dewan wants to see Channing Tatum as a vampire. Recently in an interview with E! Online during the InStyle Summer Soiree at the London Hotel in West Hollywood, the actress has stated that her husband would have been a perfect depicter of Riley in "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse".

"I totally tried to get him to do it," Jenna admitted. She then added, "I was like, 'Baby, do 'Twilight'!' Oh, my god. I'm a huge 'Twilight' fan. I've read all the books. So I was like, 'You should do it, you should do it, you should do it!'"

Previously, "Twilight" scriptwriter, Melissa Rosenberg, has expressed her intention to have Channing starring in "Eclipse". However, the "G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra" star has lost his chance to join the film as Xavier Samuel has been tapped to portray Riley in the third installment of the vampire drama films.

Jenna then explained how much she adores the "Twilight" films as well as the novels written by Stephanie Meyer. "I just saw the trailer for ['The Twilight Saga's New Moon'] today. It's one of those things where I liked the books so much, I felt like a 10-year-old reading them. I finished them in like three days," the 28-year-old beauty claimed.

During the interview, Jenna was also asked about having additional member in her and Channing's new family. "Ask me in a couple years," she told E! Online. "We do want them, just not right now. If I have three, if I have 10-I just want them to be happy and healthy kids."
