Rihanna's pal says the Barbadian singer is actually still in love with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, who has been officially sentenced for beating her on February 8.
Though her ex-boyfriend
Chris Brown has been sentenced for assaulting her on February 8,
Rihanna reportedly still has some feelings for him. "She gets missing Chris and the s**t starts all over. A kiss and a slap, a kiss and a slap. Right now, she's feeling strong. But she's switched gears in the past and taken him back," a pal of the Barbados-born songstress tells OK! Magazine.
Additionally, Rihanna's attorney Donald Etra admits that his client thinks the restraining order that requires Chris has to stay away from Rihanna for the next five years is not needed. "Though Rihanna does not object to the sentence, she did feel it was unnecessary to have the restraining order in place for five years," Donald says.
Then, an insider adds, "She really doesn't see the necessity of keeping an entire football-field length between them." The insider continues telling , "She's forgiven him. And he is remorseful."
Recently, in an interview with
Larry King on "Larry King Live", Chris Brown, who was officially sentenced to start his probation on August 25 after pleading guilty to one count of felony assault against Rihanna, revealed that he is still in love with her. On the same show, the 20-year-old singer claimed it would be very "difficult" for him not being able to see the "Umbrella" hitmaker in the next five years. Reinforcing his statement, Rihanna's pal states, "Chris really wants to see her."
