Robert Pattinson Is 'Prisoner of the Paparazzi'

Being a prime target of paparazzi, Robert Pattinson has been said being protected by 'The Twilight Saga's Eclipse' filmmakers, thus he is rarely spotted except on the film set.

Source from the "Twilight" has explained why Robert Pattinson has rarely been seen lately, except on the set of "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse". The source revealed to Gossip Cop that filmmakers of the vampire drama films have tried to protect the British actor from paparazzi.

"He's a prisoner of the paparazzi," the source said on Robert, before adding "It's a nightmare." Not only paparazzi chase after the depicter of Edward Cullen, but they also hunt other "Twilight" cast. "Every time anyone from the cast emerges from the hotel they're swarmed by paparazzi," the source claimed.

However, it is no doubt that Robert has been the prime target of paparazzi. Thus, the 23-year-old hunk was said spending most of his time in hotel and just going out to the set. Moreover, the source told Gossip Cop that the film's crew have to work hard to find ways to transport him from one location to another undetected if he leaves the hotel. As a consequence, the star has been unable to interact with his many fans.

Robert Pattinson is currently shooting the third installment of the "Twilight Saga" films in Vancouver, Canada. The actor is joined by his co-stars, such as Kristen Stewart, Kellan Lutz, Taylor Lautner, and Ashley Greene. The movie itself, which centers on the love story of vampire Edward Cullen and mortal girl Bella Swan, is planned to be released in the U.S. on June 30, 2010.
