On "Jennifer's Body", Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried are obliged to do a lesbian making-out scene. Speaking to The Frisky, Diablo Cody, the upcoming horror-thriller film's screenwriter, dishes on both stars' kissing scene, saying "The fact that they're women means it's some kind of stunt."
"It was intended to be something profound and meaningful to me and to Karyn [Kusama, the director]. Obviously we knew people were going to totally sensationalize it," Cody explains further to . "If the two protagonists of the film were a guy and a girl and in a particularly tense moment, they shared a kiss, no one would say it was gratuitous."
On "Jennifer's Body", which will hit U.S. theaters on September 18, Megan Fox portrays Jennifer Check, a cheerleader who is possessed by a demon and starts feeding off the boys in a Minnesota farming town. Her bookish best friend Amanda Seyfried's Needy Lesnicky must take drastic measures to protect their town from the seductive teenager and her appetite for high school guys.
