Billed to serve as celebrity fashion correspondent at 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, 'Twilight' beauty Ashley Greene will offer commentary on the costumes worn by attendees of the event.
After successfully starring as Alice Cullen in "
Twilight",
Ashley Greene will try to be a reporter at 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. MTV News has reported that the 22-year-old beauty will serve as celebrity fashion correspondent at the event, which will be held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday, September 13.
As for her job description, Ashley will offer commentary on the costumes worn by attendees of the event and she will also chat with the stars as they make their way into the building. The star, who will reprise her role as Alice in "Twilight" sequels, will not be alone when interviewing the celebrities as she will be joined by MTV News regular hosts Sway and Tim Kash. The actress and her partners' coverage can be seen at 8:00 P.M., an hour before the show is kicked off.
2009 MTV Video Music Awards will be broadcast live on MTV. Comedian
Russell Brand will once again serve as the host, while
Chace Crawford,
Katy Perry, and
Ne-Yo have been appointed to become the presenters of the event.
