Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley, who got married on December 23, 2007, reportedly have become parents. Just two days after the actress announced she and her musician husband were going to adopt a Korean girl, a source informed that the baby is already at her home. "They are truly a happy, happy family," the source told Radar Online.
On Wednesday, September 9, during the taping of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", Katherine Heigl revealed that she would have a child through adoption. The baby, who will be 10 months old at the end of September, is named Naleigh and her nickname will be Leigh. The "Grey's Anatomy" star additionally stated that Naleigh is a "special needs baby."
During the interview, Katherine also explained why she always feels that adoption is the right choice for her, saying "It's been a big part of my life and my family." The 30-year-old beauty further claimed, "My sister is Korean and my parents adopted her back in the 70s and so I just always knew that this is something I wanted to do."
