On upcoming Joseph Kosinski's movie 'Tron Legacy', Michael Sheen has been slated to play a nightclub host in the Tron world.
Michael Sheen, who portrays Volturi Clan's leader Aro on upcoming movie "
The Twilight Saga's New Moon", has been confirmed to join the cast ensemble of Joseph Kosinski-directed film "
Tron Legacy". Speaking in an interview with ComingSoon.net, Sheen says he will portray a nightclub host in the Tron world.
"That was amazing, because there's a lot of green screen in that," Sheen told about the film, which is planned to be released in U.S. theaters on December 17, 2010. "But my stuff was mainly in this amazing set that they built because I'm a nightclub host, so they built the nightclub and there were hundreds of extras and it was one of those great scenes where there's just loads going on."
Michael Sheen got public attention after starring as Tony Blair on 2006 flick "
The Queen". Since then, he has starred on lots of movies, including "
Blood Diamond", "
Music Within", "
Frost/Nixon", and "
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans". The 40-year-old star can next be seen starring on "
The Damned United", "
Unthinkable", and "
Alice in Wonderland".
