Sharing about her secret to maintaining her slim figure, Kristin Cavallari has admitted that being stressful helps her to lose weight without even trying.
Having a slim figure does not always require a big effort, particularly for
Kristin Cavallari. Talking to Us Magazine at the Alice and Olivia fashion show in New York City recently, "The Hills" star admitted that her current emotional condition has played an important role in controlling her weight, beside her diet program. "I've been a little stressed out. It's terrible, but stress can make you lose weight I guess," she admitted.
In an interview during the event, Kristin also shared about the menu she usually has to keep her in shape. "I'll usually have eggs and fruit for breakfast and I try to do a salad with chicken for lunch. I try to eat really healthy," she said. She then added that her diet consists of "proteins and vegetables." However, she revealed that she eats "little chocolates".
Being too busy promoting her MTV reality show, Kristin stated she has no time to "sit down and pig out." Moreover, she has only had little time to workout in the past month, as she confessed, "I did some lunges and push ups in my hotel room [before presenting at the 2009 MTV VMAs]."
During the interview, the former cast of "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County" also admitted that to keep her energy up she always has an energy bar with her, in case she doesn't have time to eat. She continued explaining, "I'm not normally like that. It's only been the past month. I have low energy and I get headaches a lot. I need to be better about it."
