Ashley Greene has revealed that there will be more action scenes in her upcoming film 'The Twilight Saga's Eclipse', which make it 'little more guy-friendly' than the first two films.
After filming "
The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" for more than a month,
Ashley Greene has got a clue of how the upcoming movie is going to be like. In a recent interview with MTV, the 22-year-old beauty shared her opinion about the film, saying "I definitely think it will be a little more guy-friendly."
Ashley then explained why she thinks "Eclipse" will be "more guy-friendly" than the previous two films, "
Twilight" and "
The Twilight Saga's New Moon", detailing "There's going to be a lot more focus on [action], and the fight scene will have more emphasis on it." She then added, "The first one was very focused on this love story and really sweet and it was beautiful, but it didn't have a lot of stuff that guys would go, 'Yeah, I want to go see that.'"
As a consequence of playing in the film with more action on it, Ashley has to work a little harder than usual. "Going into [a movie], I've never had to work so hard with stunt training and personal training and stuff like that," she admitted.
During the interview, Ashley also talked about working with director David Slade for the third "Twilight" film, saying "He's been really good." She continued telling MTV, "I've sat down and spoken to him and broken down the script a little bit. I definitely like his take on it. I think it's going to be good."
Moreover, Ashley has the same opinion with
Taylor Lautner, who previously revealed that David will take the second sequel to another direction, as she stated, "I think it'll be different." The depicter of Alice Cullen in the vampire drama movies additionally claimed, "He's ... a little more focused on it being real and maybe it being gorier and a little dark and kind of dramatic."
In "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse",
Robert Pattinson and
Kristen Stewart are back to reprise their roles as Edward Cullen and Bella Swan respectively. Knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger while she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob in this movie. The flick is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on June 30, 2010.
