The first child of Katherine Heigl and musician Josh Kelley, Nancy Leigh, has been introduced to public. On Thursday, September 17, the couple has posted some pictures of their baby, who was adopted earlier this month, on the actress' fundraising site.
On one of the pictures, Katherine and Josh are seen proudly staring at their daughter. Meanwhile, two other pictures show the "Grey's Anatomy" star and her husband separately enjoying their moment with the Korean little girl. Another picture, additionally, features a close up look at Nancy, whose nickname is Naleigh.
On the same day the baby's pictures were released, Katherine was snapped showing off her little girl in Atlanta, Georgia. Carrying Naleigh in a green baby carrier, the 30-year-old beauty, who opted to wear a blue t-shirt matched with jeans, was seen leaving her hotel and heading to the set of her new movie "Life as We Know It".
Katherine Heigl first announced that she and Josh Kelly were going to adopt a Korean girl on September 9, during the taping of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" for its September 11 episode. She told the talk show's host Ellen DeGeneres the "special needs baby" will be ten months old at the end of September. Two days later, it was reported that the baby has been already at her home.
