Hinting at the plot of upcoming David Slade-directed film 'The Twilight Saga's Eclipse', the movie's screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg says the story has 'a slightly darker tone'.
Melissa Rosenberg, the screenwriter of "Twilight Saga" film series, has spilled a new detail about the third installment of the vampire drama movies, "
The Twilight Saga's Eclipse". Speaking to E! Online about the flick's plot, Rosenberg stated, "The story has a slightly darker tone."
"I mean, it goes into a full-out battle, so it is darker in the nature of what it is," she explained further. Moreover, Rosenberg claimed David Slade is a perfect guy to helm the second "
Twilight" sequel. "David was the perfect director for it. David has a darker sensibility, so it clicks," she said.
As of late, Justin Chon opened up about filming "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" with David Slade, who previously worked on "
30 Days of Night". The depicter of Eric Yorkie, the classmate of
Kristen Stewart's Bella Swan, testified, "He's done pretty dark films, so that's where I see ['Eclipse'] really gravitating toward - more of a dark kind of moody film. Just shooting the scenes that I'm in, the mood is definitely different."
