Spice Girls are said to reunite for a gig at 2010 World Cup with or without Victoria Adams, who seems not interested to back on stage with the group.
Despite reports that four members of
Spice Girls have planned a reunion,
Victoria Adams shows no desire to perform with the British quintet again. However, the group are said to come back on stage next year with or without Posh Spice, who was absent from a dinner on Wednesday, September 16, during when
Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown,
Melanie C and
Geri Halliwell allegedly talked about their upcoming concert at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
"This time next year at least four of the five girls will be back on stage doing the Spice material again," a source told The Sun. "Both the Mels and Geri are the driving force behind making it happen." The source additionally claimed, "Emma is being cautious but the minute she's with the girls they'll talk her round."
The source, moreover, revealed that the four girls will talk further about their comeback concert in the next meeting, saying "They have agreed to meet up again next week and thrash out their plans for the future of the Spice empire." Although the musical quintet will not be complete without Victoria, they are confident that they will make it without her. "When Geri left the first time, she was arguably the band's biggest star. If they coped without her, they are confident they can make it work without Posh," the source stated.
