'I think my acting is offensive! I'm an awful actor,' says Lauren Conrad when she is asked whether or not she will star in 'L.A. Candy', an upcoming movie adapted from her novel of the same title.
Though she has starred in two reality shows,
Lauren Conrad is still not confident about acting in front of camera. Met at the launching of her clothing line LC Lauren Conrad sponsored by Kohl's in West Hollywood on Thursday, October 1, she admitted she has no intention to star in "L.A. Candy", an upcoming movie which is adapted from her novel of the same title.
"I think my acting is offensive!" Lauren told People when she was asked whether or not she will play Jane Roberts, the major character which is told moving to Hollywood in the book. "I'm an awful actor, I'm not super comfortable with it. In fact I was just trying to do lines ... and they'll tell you, I cannot memorize lines," the former "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County" star explained.
During the same event, she was also asked about whom she would love to see starring in the movie. "I have to do research. We'll see. I would like Lo Bosworth. Lo has taken a couple of acting classes in her life," she revealed, mentioning the name of her former "The Hills" co-star. Moreover, the 23-year-old beauty said her boyfriend Kyle Howard may be interested in playing in the film as she stated, "I think he wants one!"
