First Look at Hayden Panettiere's Lesbian Kissing Scene on 'Heroes'
A new still from "Hysterical Blindness", the upcoming 5th episode of "Heroes" season 4, has made its way out via Internet. In the shot, Hayden Panettiere's Claire is photographed making out passionately with Madeline Zima, who portrays her college roommate named Gretchen.

Several days before the photo came out, Hayden claimed it was her idea to have a lesbian storyline on the hit NBC show. "I kinda threw it out there," the 20-year-old actress told Daily Star. "They [the writing team] put you in relationships and I was like, 'Can I just be with a girl or something...? Let's do that.' So they took it and ran with it. She's a great girl ... and we have a blast."

"Hysterical Blindness" is scheduled to be aired on Monday, October 12. It will center on Robert Knepper's Samuel, who prepares for new additions to his family, while Dawn Olivieri's Lydia warns him of the consequences.

Additionally, Claire discovers that her roommate Gretchen may have a hidden agenda. Milo Ventimiglia's Peter, moreover, finds an unexpected way to connect with Deanne Bray's Emma, who would prefer to stay distant. Elsewhere, a different side of Zachary Quinto's Sylar emerges as he desperately tries to remember the person he used to be.
