In the snippet of his single 'Time for Miracles', Adam Lambert comments on the track, which will be included in the soundtrack album to upcoming movie '2012 (2009)'.
A snippet of Adam Lambert's new track "Time for Miracles" has been debuted. On Friday, October 9, AOL has released a 86-second video, which offers a cut from the chorus of the soundtrack to upcoming movie "2012 (2009)" as well as some scenes from the Roland Emmerich-directed film.
At the beginning of the clip, Adam is seen talking about the song. "We wanted to match how epic the film is. We want the song to really reach out and grab people by the heart. So, it's definitely the focus [the song]," he states. Few lines of the lyrics mention, "Baby you know that maybe it's time for miracles. 'Cause I ain't givin' up on love. You know that maybe it's time for miracles..."
"Time for Miracles" will not be the lead single off Adam's upcoming not-yet-titled post-Idol album. Meanwhile, the "2012 (2009)" soundtrack album will be released in the U.S. on October 25, two weeks before the world premiere of the film on November 11. Recently, the runner-up of "American Idol" season 8 has shot the music video for the song.
