Following the leak of a video which shows her having sex with boyfriend, Shauna Sand plans to block the release of the tape, which is currently acquired by Vivid Entertainment.
One of Shauna Sand's sex tapes has made its way out via Internet. In the footage, the Playboy model is videotaped making love with her boyfriend in a hotel room. Admitting that she has made the tape, she tells TMZ, "Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year."
Additionally, Shauna claims Vivid Entertainment has taken the tape without her permission, saying "In fact I've made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn't sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out." Attempting to take a legal action following the leak, she states, "I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now."
Contrary to Shauna's statement, Steven Hirsch, the founder of Vivid Entertainment, revealed that his company has acquired the tape and planned to release it on Monday, October 19. "We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it ... We're comfortable with our legal position in releasing this footage," Steven explains to .
Responding to the leak of the tape, Shauna's ex-husband Lorenzo Lamas says in a statement that he will not seek custody of his children, Alexandra, Victoria, and Isabella, who are currently staying with her. He later continues, "Even in the event of a release of a sex tape with her and her boyfriend."
