Due to 'overwhelming and unprecedented' demand, the soundtrack album to 'The Twilight Saga's New Moon' will be released on October 16, four days earlier than it has been scheduled before.

Kristen Stewart has been booked to reprise her role as Bella Swan, will be released earlier than it has been scheduled before. According to a press release which was issued on Tuesday, October 13, the record is being pushed up four days from its original October 20 release to Friday, October 16 due to "overwhelming and unprecedented" demand.
The album will feature some songs from top-notch musicians, including
Death Cab for Cutie,
Thom Yorke,
Muse, and
The Killers. Moreover, tracks from
OK Go,
Grizzly Bear, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Band of Skulls,
Lykke Li, Anya Marina,
Bon Iver and St. Vincent are all included in the album.
Recently, a 30-second snippet of each song from the soundtrack to the "
Twilight" sequel was released by British Amazon. The movie itself, which is helmed by Chris Weitz, is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on November 20.
