Taylor Swift Hints at Making Substantial Skits on 'Saturday Night Live'

'I've been thinking about skit ideas for a long time,' says Taylor Swift when expressing her willingness to create some skits on 'Saturday Night Live'.

It has just been announced that Taylor Swift is going to host the November 7 episode of "Saturday Night Live". Talking about her upcoming appearance, the 19-year-old beauty, who was insulted by Kanye West at 2009 MTV Video Music Awards in September, reveals she wants to create some skits on the comedy show.

"I've been thinking about skit ideas for a long time," Swift tells Associated Press. "There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits."

Additionally, the young country music songstress says she is desperate to make digital short music video with the show's cast member Andy Samberg, saying "Of course I've been such a fan for a long time." Then, she adds, "But I've gone back and re-watched everything over the past couple of months and digital shorts would be so much fun to do, because they've been done so well. Andy Samberg is hilarious."

Swift, moreover, says she was "mind-blowing" when producers of the American sketch comedy show asked her over the summer to be featured in its particular episode. "I love being around people who I feel have a different kind of creative genius. And the funny genius is definitely a fascinating one to be around," she testifies.
