Taylor Lautner, who portrays Jacob Black in 'Twilight' film series, admits that he feels 'very bad' for his werewolf character that will deal with a heartbreak in 'The Twilight Saga's New Moon'.
Playing Jacob Black in "
Twilight" and its sequels,
Taylor Lautner seems to know the character very well. In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight Canada, he admitted that he has sympathized with the werewolf, who will feel devastated because of a long triangle among him,
Kristen Stewart's Bella Swan, and
Robert Pattinson's Edward Cullen in "
The Twilight Saga's New Moon".
"Get ready for a lot of heartbreak," Taylor said on the storyline in the second installment of the vampire drama films. He then added, "When I was reading the books, I felt very bad for Jacob's character. But now, I actually lived his character, I feel so much worse."
During the interview, Taylor also talked about bulking up muscles to reprise his role in the "Twilight" sequel. "At one point I got to eat everything for like a month because when I started out I was so like, so skinny and my fat percentage was like 6 percent. So I had to put some more fat on to be able to convert it to muscle," he admitted.
As for the film, "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" will center on Bella Swan who is devastated by the abrupt departure of her vampire lover Edward Cullen, but her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with the irresistible Jacob Black. The flick will be premiered in U.S. theaters on November 20.
