Wearing the same dress as Kim Cattrall's in 'Sex and the City 2', Miley Cyrus will unintentionally cause trouble in the film.
has finally spoken up about her involvement in "
Sex and the City 2". In a recent interview with Extra, the teen star, who has been spotted on the film's set in New York City on October 16, has stated that she plays herself in the movie. Moreover, the singer/actress revealed that there will be tension between her character and
Kim Cattrall's Samantha Jones when both of them wear same dresses at a red-carpet event.
In the same interview, Miley admitted that she actually wanted to keep a silver dress she wore during the shooting, but she couldn't. "I didn't get to keep the dress because they need it for Kim," she said. However, the Disney cutie brought home another stuff from the film as she told the site, "But I got to keep the necklace." She then added, "The necklace is cool. It's, like, these giant spikes, and I wanted to wear it while I was performing. [But] my mum was like, 'That could be dangerous... You can't wear that on stage."
Moreover, Miley, who called herself a "huge fan" of the cast, talked about her impression on the film's star,
Sarah Jessica Parker. "I think that Sarah Jessica Parker is so cute. And the first thing she did was hold someone's coffee, so that they could take a picture with me," she admitted.
In "Sex and the City 2", Sarah Jessica Parker will reprise her role as Carrie Bradshaw Preston. Moreover,
Penelope Cruz as well as stage and screen legend Liza Minnelli have been said to make appearances in the film. Serving as the sequel of "
Sex and the City", the flick will be released in U.S. theaters on May 28, 2010.
