In the shot, the "Chelsea Lately" host is captured striking a sexy pose while standing on a faux snow and wearing a white bikini matched with white boots.

Jay Leno, who presented her with a giant version of the Playboy cover, when she became the guest of "The Jay Leno Show". The 34-year-old beauty admitted that she had never seen the said image before.
In an interview with Jay, Chelsea revealed she quit drinking for "like a day and a half" to get in shape for the photo session for the men's magazine. Later, the host of the NBC's talk show asked her to strike a similar pose. Joking on the request, Chelsea replied, "We need the guy that airbrushed me to come back."
