The new trailer for 'Avatar' will be debuted at the world's largest video display at Cowboy Stadium's Diamond Vision Screen in Texas on Sunday, November 1.
Sam Worthington's upcoming film "Avatar" is going to get a special treatment, called "the world's biggest live trailer viewing." On Thursday, October 29, 20th Century Fox announced it will debut the new trailer for the much awaited flick on the world's largest video display at Cowboy Stadium's Diamond Vision Screen in Arlington, Texas on Sunday, November 1.
The more-than-three-minute trailer is going to be played live just few minutes before the noon kick-off between the Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Seahawks in the new Cowboy Stadium. For fans who watch Fox NFL, they will simultaneously be able to see the clip on-air.
Along with the announcement, the trailer for "Avatar" that will be released during the event has been debuted by Yahoo! Movies on Thursday, October 29. The footage delivers more back story of the film as well as pretty special-effect shots.
"Avatar" will center on a reluctant hero who embarks on a journey of redemption and discovery as he leads a heroic battle to save a civilization. The film was first conceived by director James Cameron 14 years ago, when the means to realize his vision did not yet exist.
After four years of actual production work, "Avatar" delivers a cinematic experience of a new kind, where the revolutionary technology invented to make the film, disappears into the emotion of the characters and the sweep of the story. The flick will be released in U.S. theaters on December 18.
