Attending 2009 Accessories Council Exchange (ACE) Awards at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City on Monday night, November 2, the singing sensation donned a black shirt paired with pink hot pants and net stockings. Additionally, she wore a black veil and a big blonde wig. Moreover, white powder was seen covering most of her wardrobe, making her looked scary.
Before stepping in to the venue, GaGa stopped for a moment to pose for the cameras. During the 13th annual award show that was presented by the Accessories Council, the songstress was among the honorees as she was presented with Stylemaker prize.
Talking about the reason why GaGa was chosen to receive the award, ACE President Karen Giberson said, "Just when you thought you saw everything in originality, there she is again." The president then continued explaining, "People anticipate what she's going to wear and it's exciting to see accessories as such a meaningful part of someone's wardrobe."
