Going back to the Big Apple after filming 'The Town' over the weekend, the actress playing Serena van der Woodsen is spotted on the Manhattan set for the shooting of The CW series' new scenes.

Blake Lively was captured getting back to work on her popular TV series "Gossip Girl". On Monday, November 9, the depicter of leading character Serena van der Woodsen was spotted shooting for new scenes in midtown Manhattan, New York City.
Embodying her character, the 22-year-old actress was looking stylish in baby-blue pea coat on top of her off-white turtleneck sweater and plaid tights with knee black boots. She was not seen joined by her other co-stars during the filming. It is also unclear in which episode of The CW series the scenes she shot will be included.
In the Monday, November 9 episode of "Gossip Girl", Blake Lively is seen portraying Serena as
Chace Crawford's Nate and
Ed Westwick's Chuck plot to help her and
Leighton Meester's Blair repair their damaged friendship. The episode entitled "They Shoot Humphreys, Don't They?" finally unravels the much-talked about threesome and features Meester's new single "Somebody to Love".
