The 'Twilight' leading stars once again spark speculation that they are indeed having a special relationship as they are captured walking hand-in-hand at an airport in Paris.

It appears that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are more than just friends. On Tuesday night, November 10, the stars were snapped walking hand-in-hand at Le Bourget airport in Paris when preparing for their departure to London.

At that time, the alleged couple didn't try to hide from paparazzi, just like they usually do. Soon after arriving at the airport in London, the twosome headed to a hotel but were no longer seen showing any affection toward each other. Also joining them are their "Twilight" co-star, Taylor Lautner, and Chris Weitz, the helmer of "The Twilight Saga's New Moon".

All of them went to London for a "New Moon" Q&A session with local fans and press that will be kicked off at Battersea Evolution in London's Battersea Park on Wednesday, November 11 at 4:30 P.M. During the junket, Band of Skulls will perform their song from the soundtrack of the film. "New Moon" itself will be released in U.S. theaters on November 20.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were romantically linked after they filmed "Twilight" in 2008. Since then, they have been spotted for several times hanging out together. Though they have denied the speculation of them having a special relationship, report keeps on swirling.
