This celebrity socialite has, through her official website, posted some pictures that capture the making of her prosthetic face for E! network's new TV show, 'Secret Celebrity'.

Taking to her official website on Wednesday, November 11, the celebrity socialite posted an image which showed her wearing prosthetic face for E! network's new TV show, "Secret Celebrity". Beside unveiling her new look, Kim also released a number of photos which saw the process of making the prosthetic face.
Along with the pictures, she wrote, "This was a real process ... I needed to get a molding of my face so I could have a prosthetic nose, cheeks, and neck put on! I look like a completely different person!" With her new face, Kim admitted that she has created a new name, blogging "My name was Cynthia ... after my cousin Cici!"
Moreover, Kim revealed that she got the prosthetic face after going to a place which specializes in making molds of Hollywood celebrities. "Check out the place I went to! They have made casts of everyone from
Tom Cruise to
Angelina Jolie for movies! It was so surreal seeing all these famous movie stars' faces on the wall!! Kind of scary, huh?" she wrote.
