Though insisting she is not back together with the record producer/rapper, the Michael Jackson's sister considers him one of her best friends and loves him to death.
finally clarifies the nature of her relationship with
Jermaine Dupri. In a recent radio interview with Atlanta's The Bert Show, the R 'n' B songstress called the record producer/rapper her "ex". However, she admitted, "I love him to death. We're still connected. We're still good friends. We still talk."
The 43-year-old beauty, moreover, mentioned that Jermaine is on her very short list of ex-boyfriends with whom she keeps in touch. "Jermaine is one of my best friends," she insisted. "I'm not the type of girl that stays in touch with your ex like that."
Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri had been dating for about seven years before they finally decided to call off their romance in July. "His friends are telling people it's over. They have been moving in different directions for a while," a source said.
Two months later, the two raised speculation that they have rekindled their love after both of them were caught attending amfAR's Inaugural Milan Fashion Week. During the show, they were seen sitting next to each other. However, the pair at that time declined to comment on the reunion rumor.
