Pics, Zac Efron Premieres 'Me and Orson Welles' in London

Attending the U.K. premiere of his new movie 'Me and Orson Welles' in London, the 22-year-old comes without the companion of his girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.

Zac Efron has attended the U.K. premiere of his latest movie "Me and Orson Welles". Coming to the event that was held at Vue West End in London on Wednesday night, November 18, the 22-year-old was seen donning a formal outfit. At that time, he posed for pics at the red carpet without the companion of his longtime girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.

Joining Efron was Claire Danes, who stars as his on-screen lover Sonja Jones. The blonde beauty opted to sport a black gown. Some other cast ensemble for the Richard Linklater-directed movie, such as Ben Chaplin, Janie Dee, Megan Maczko, and Kelly Reilly, were all in attendance as well.

Beside the film's cast, other Hollywood celebs were also photographed attending the premiere. "Confessions of a Shopaholic" actor Hugh Dancy as well as "Pride and Glory" star Carmen Ejogo were seen among the guests.

To be dropped in U.S. theaters on November 25, "Me and Orson Welles" follows 17-year-old Richard Samuels who dreams to be part of the bright lights of Broadway. Getting his big break when he is cast in Orson Welles' Julius Caesar, he falls in love with the play's production assistant and discovers the terrible secrets of show business.
