The 'Northern Lights' actor is suing Life and Style magazine for more than 1 million dollars for defaming him over his relationship with the 'Life Goes On' hitmaker.

Northern Lights" hunk filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court against the magazine, suing it for more than $1 million.
According to the suit obtained by TMZ, Cibrian claimed the publication "falsely portray Eddie as being unfaithful to Ms. Rimes, as currently being in a romantic relationship with Ms. Jancan, and as having abandoned his children." The suit read further, "Since the separation from his wife, Eddie Cibrian has not had a romantic or sexual relationship with any woman other than Ms. Rimes."
On November 4, Life and Style published an article entitled "Eddie Is Cheating on LeAnn Already!". In the report, it was said that Cibrian once again had started building a close relationship with his ex-girlfriend Scheana Marie Jancan. "Eddie has recently started seeing Scheana again. He told her he's only with LeAnn for the publicity and that he plans to end things with her soon," Life and Style reported, mentioning that Cibrian and Jancan were snapped together on October 21 at around 1:00 A.M.
Eddie Cibrian was first romantically linked to LeAnn Rimes in March. At that time, they were said making out during their visit to Mosun Sushi - Club M in Laguna Beach. After filing for divorces from their spouses, the twosome has been snapped going out together for several times. However, they declined to confirm their romance.
