This six-time Grammy-winning singer allegedly has been in a recording studio to lend his voice for an episode of the FOX's animated sitcom.
Words on the street are,
Justin Timberlake is making a contribution to Primetime Emmy Awards-winning sitcom "Family Guy". Us Magazine got the scoop that on Friday, November 20, the former member of boy band
NSYNC was in a recording studio in Los Angeles to lend his voice for an episode of the FOX's animated series.
On the recording, a source told the publication, "Justin was quiet, seemed professional - he was in and out. He seems like he's got a great sense of humor so I'm sure he did an awesome job on the show." There is no word on whether he will voice a character made for him or portraying himself. When the episode featuring him will get the air time is yet to be disclosed as well.
Should the story is true, this won't be Justin's first in lending his voice to a cartoon character. Back in 2001, he played himself in an episode of "The Simpsons" called "New Kids on the Blecch". The 28-year-old singer has also voiced Artie Pendragon in 2007's "
Shrek the Third". He is expected to once again fill the voice of Artie in the upcoming "
Shrek Forever After".
