Her representative reveals that the wife of David Beckham was indeed offered a voice role for 'Madagascar 3' but has to decline because she has lots of things to juggle.
Victoria Adams will not take a part in "
Madagascar 3". She has to turn down the offer to voice a movie character on the next installment of "
Madagascar" since she already has her hands full of other works. On November 21, Victoria's representative said, as reported by PopCrunch, "She was approached to do it. But she declined the offer because she's too busy."
Victoria was approached for the third "Madagascar" movie after she made a cameo appearance in TV series "Ugly Betty". In mid-November, it was reported that the mother of three has agreed to lend her voice in the film. "It is like nothing she's done before. Her three boys loved the first two movies," a source told People U.K. at the time.
"Madagascar 3" itself is said to follow Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo, and Melman the Giraffe on their way back to Big Apple. Instead of returning to U.S., they are accidentally heading to Europe where they find the perfect cover: a traveling circus Madagascar Style.
Beside being offered for the voice cast role in "Madagascar 3", Victoria Adams was also reportedly asked to play a cameo in upcoming movie "
Sex and the City 2". The former member of
Spice Girls, who is now occupied with her clothing line 'DVB', allegedly declined the offer as well.
